The Youth Summit is a transformative, multi-level program designed to inspire teenagers to lead with purpose, collaborate effectively, and drive meaningful change in their communities. While participating, students build vital soft skills, business skills, and life skills that will set them up for success in post-secondary education, their careers, and beyond.
Program Overview
Level 1: Inspiration and Service
Kick off your journey with an immersive Youth Summit experience where you’ll:
• Explore critical social issues.
• Engage with inspiring leaders and change-makers.
Next Steps: Complete four months of volunteer service or social good with one of our partner NGOs. Put your passion into action while giving back to the community and learning the value of empathy and resilience—cornerstones of soft skills.
1.5-day event
Level 2: Teamwork and Action
After completing your volunteer work, return to the Youth Summit to:
• Master the foundations of teamwork, collaboration, and communication.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan as part of a dynamic team.
Commitment: Six months of teamwork on a designated project, building business skills such as project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning—all critical for success in life and work.
2-day event
Level 3: Leadership and Mentorship
Graduates of Level 2 are invited to step into leadership roles at Level 3, where you will:
• Plan and execute Levels 1 and 2 for the next wave of youth participants.
• Mentor emerging leaders to develop or launch impactful programs.
Commitment: A 12-month mentorship period where you’ll refine leadership, adaptability, and interpersonal skills, while also fostering life skills like accountability and initiative.
